How can I adopt an animal from the shelter?
You can fill in the adoption application form at /animals, choosing the animal you are interested in. After review, we will contact you to arrange a visit to the shelter.
Can I visit the shelter without an appointment?
The shelter operates by appointment only. You can find more information in the « Opening hours » section of this page, or send us an email.
What costs will I have after adoption?
Adoption is free of charge, but care for the animal (vaccines, neutering, food, vet) is entirely the adopter's responsibility. Budget between €50 and €100 per month.
Can I return the animal if things don't work out?
Of course you can. If the adoption isn't going as expected, ask us to collect the animal. You will not be judged and the animal will stay protected. We never allow an animal to be abandoned.
Can I be a foster family?
Yes! We are always in need of foster families (FF) for dogs and cats. Get in touch using the form to find out more about the programme.
